Full Destination Wedding Package

This package is for couples who wants to be taking care of from the airport in Cabo to the way back home. We take care of activities, transportation, accommodation, and of course the Full Wedding Package.

Full Wedding Package

This package is for couples who needs help with the wedding from start to finish. It offers a complete Wedding Planning and Coordination from A to Z.

Partial Wedding Package

This package is designed for couples who have started planning their wedding and have their venue plus a couple of vendors in place, but are looking for some help and guidance in planning the rest of their wedding. It includes a Day Of Coordination.

Month of Coordination

Our month of coordination package is destined for our knowledgeable, planning-savvy engaged couples who want to plan independently, but need a professional to tie loose ends in their final pre-wedding month and provide on-site management on their big day.

Why should I hire a Wedding Planner?

Statistics show that the average wedding takes approximately 250 hours to plan (that is equivalent to over 6 full work weeks! for an average wedding..).

For most couples, planning a wedding or an event can be very stressful especially from another country. You can easily get confused, where to begin, how much everything costs, how to choose the right venue and vendors. Wedding planning is not only about colors, flowers, decorations and venue. There is logistical matters and industry/market knowledge to consider. Which vendors are to be trusted? Timing, production design, layout, contracts, negotiations etc are important aspects that comes in to play. A Wedding Planner will assist you and take care of all those concerns. My venue already has an Event Coordinator... So why do I need a Wedding Planner?

Most good venues will have an event coordinator. This is great to help with all things relating to the venue, and they are certainly a useful go-to person for us at the venue. There is a big added value having both working for your wedding. The Venue Coordinator will help the Wedding Planner with all Venue related while the Wedding Planner will help with all the rest. A Wedding Planner works with you to bring together all aspects of your day and assist you with achieving your vision, from A to Z.

Difference between a Venue Coordinator and a Wedding Planner:

– A Venue Coordinator is in charge of helping you with the services inside of the venue: wedding area, food and beverage. The services and prices range are limited to the venue.

– A Wedding Planner will plan and coordinate every detail of your Destination Wedding and will be your local contact for anything you need during the all process. Your Wedding Planner only have one focus – you!

The Wedding Planner Provide you With:

– A Customized Floor Plan/ Layout.
– A detail Timeline with all wedding related activities.
– Coordination of the wedding day (receiving and guide the vendors during set-up and during the wedding)
– Coordinators assistants to welcome your guests and guide them to areas (invite guests to take their seat at the ceremony, guide them to go from the ceremony to the cocktail area, from the cocktail area to the reception; help guests seat at their tables etc).
– Creation of a Seating Chart for the Ceremony and Dinner.
– Creation of a Guest List Tracker

How much do you charge?

Each wedding is different and every couple has their own requests and requirements, so the answer is that it really depends on what services you would like, your guests number and your budget. Contact us for a free consultation and quote!

Can I afford a wedding planner?

The question is really can you afford not to have a wedding planner?

A wedding planner not only make your day run smoothly, welcome and guide your guests, saves you time in the process but also save you a lot of money! For instance, when a couple that has a venue in mind, we listened carefully to why they selected this venue. We search others venues as options that respond to the same criterias and that maybe $500, $700 cheaper, and offered more amenities than the first venue.

In other words, we found the venue and vendors that best fit your style and budget! We work with lots of vendors who give to our customers great deals!

How much communication will we have?

We have a strict company policy to respond to all emails and phone messages in a timely manner. We will respond to all messages within 24 business hours, generally 6-12 hours.

How many assitants will attend on my wedding day?

One wedding planner and at least one-two assistants will be at your wedding. Having more assistants would depends on guests number and distances between each locations at your wedding.

How do you dress up for my wedding?

For weddings, all wedding planners and assistants will wear professional black attire.
